This Scilla is very rarely if ever to be found in commercial production. Its native home is the sea cliffs of Madeira where it flowers in the autumn after the rains begin. The selection which Agam is offering is derived by Tissue Culture and is not taken from the wild. A stunning plant which is not hardy can be used as a pot plant, cut flower or in landscpes in areas with little or no frost.
