The exact origin of this N. tazetta is often disputed. It is found in the Meditarranean region ,but is also known to have been recorded as growing natually in regions of China over 100 years ago. It is probable that it was taken to China by traders maybe many centuries before and came into the nature. white flowers with smal yellow trumpets and a strong fragrance.
